About Audience Bakery Radio

The story behind America's favorite food and culinary culture podcast network.

Our Story

Audience Bakery Radio began in 2020 when two passionate food enthusiasts, Emma Davis and James Wilson, decided to combine their love for baking and broadcasting. What started as a small home studio recording weekly baking tips has grown into a full-fledged podcast network dedicated to all aspects of food, baking, and culinary culture.

Based in New York City, our studios are designed to create the perfect audio experience while often incorporating live cooking demonstrations and taste testing. Like a bakery crafting perfect loaves, we carefully "bake" each episode with attention to detail, expert knowledge, and a passion for sharing culinary wisdom.

Today, Audience Bakery Radio hosts over a dozen shows covering everything from professional baking techniques to food history, restaurant culture, and emerging culinary technologies. We've collaborated with award-winning chefs, food scientists, historians, and industry innovators to create content that both entertains and educates our growing audience.
